Registration
The conference fee covers:
- the accommodation at Hunguest Hotel Sun Resort****
- five-night stay
starting from September 15th
- based on full board in
single or double room occupancy
- conference material
- transfer from and to the airport
Depending on the category the following fees apply:
- Early registration fee (before May 15, 2013)
- Single room basis: 605
€
- Double room basis: 550
€
- Regular registration fee (after May 15, 2013)
- Single room basis: 655
€
- Double room basis: 600
€
- PhD students presenting a talk or a poster
(before May 15, 2013)
- Double room basis: 480

- Accompanying persons (before May 15, 2013)
- Double room basis : 330
€
Participants who wish to stay at the hotel 1 or 2 days before or after the above - mentioned dates can choose appropriate dates during online registration process.
* The confirmation of student's status will be demanded on site.
Forms of payment
Payment can be made in Euro (EUR) by bank transfer and made out to: ALA GROUP during the registration process.
After February 7th we will start sending invoices to registered participants.
